know me

Before you start, learn about our history and the purpose of this project.

Hello!

Before we dive into our philosophy, let me share a little of our history.

They say that to move forward you must never forget where you come from, and that is something I keep in mind every day. My career in the world of professional sports began in 2009, when I did my internship at the Andalusian Winter Sports Federation and at the Sports Technology Center. There, I had the opportunity to delve into a new sport, totally unknown to me, and develop my career as a physical trainer.

From my start as an assistant to the physical trainer, to becoming responsible for the physical performance area of the Royal Spanish Winter Sports Federation in 2015, each step has been a constant learning process.

I directed the physical preparation of the Alpine Ski teams, especially the European Cup and World Cup teams, contributing to the success and development of the athletes.

My commitment to the team was so deep that I decided to expand my knowledge by studying physiotherapy, with the aim of providing a comprehensive service to my athletes.

Among my most notable achievements as a coach, I highlight the 5th place in the finals of the Slalom World Cup with Joaquim Salarich, as well as the historic silver medal at the Pyeongchang 2018 and Beijing 2022 Olympic Games, obtained by Queralt. Castellet, whom I had the privilege of accompanying as a physiotherapist.

This journey has been a journey full of learning and growth, where each experience has strengthened my passion for sport and my commitment to the success of the athletes under my care.

Now, I am excited to start a new project, where I can transfer all my experiences and knowledge to people and athletes like you.
